Education, Training, and Background
Frederick earned his degree while excelling as a defensive back at Grambling State University, where discipline and perseverance shaped his outlook. He later trained at the Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming, sharpening courtroom skills that have helped him achieve results for his clients. His experiences as both an athlete and a trial lawyer drive his dedication to preparation and persistence in every case.

Outside the courtroom, Frederick has been a CrossFit enthusiast since 2016 and previously trained as a boxer.
